HyperionDev is seeking an Intermediate Learning Designer to join their Growth team. This role focuses on creating and improving technical content related to their courses and bootcamps, providing industry-relevant coding exercises, and ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and quality. The role requires collaboration with academic staff, marketing teams, and a passion for empowering people through coding education.

Requirements

• Possess a tech-related education or HyperionDev (or similar) coding bootcamp
• Ability to review, analyse, and identify weaknesses and strengths in technical content
• Experience with coding/software development and/or teaching (3+ years)
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Fast learner and meticulous attention to detail
