Inside Sales Representative

HyperionDev is a leading provider of accelerated tech education in EMEA, with roots in coding bootcamps. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to consult with candidates about career paths, employment opportunities, and career progression within a rapidly growing edtech company. The role focuses on managing the customer relationship from initial consultation to enrollment and requires a driven individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Engage with prospective students and guide them through course choice.
• Manage student application processes, schedule interviews, and answer questions.
• Maintain a high volume of leads through phone, email, and video.
• Work towards quota and lead generation targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Experience with sales cycles and decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications (Preferred).
