Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to establish the financial foundation for our growing company as we scale operations across Finland and the UK. The role is critical to our ability to secure future funding rounds and scale operations efficiently.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification or similar
- 5-7 years of experience in financial control or management accounting roles
- Multi-jurisdictional financial reporting and compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (Finnish accounting standards and ideally UK as well)
- Experience implementing financial controls and processes in growing organizations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
- ERP systems experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for investor and stakeholder interactions
