Job Description
HyperHug is an international game development studio looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to develop and execute a UA strategy and build and scale UA processes for the mobile game Oxide: Survival Island.
Requirements
- Solid UA experience in mobile products - mobile games or applications (3+ years)
- Experience building UA processes from scratch
- Deep understanding and experience with the USA market
- Extensive experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and predictions
- Ability to provide actionable feedback on ad creatives, including concepts, formats, and messaging
- Fluent English is a must; fluent Russian is a strong plus
