Senior Product Manager

HyperDev is a funded early-stage startup focused on building an AI-powered coding tool to transform the software development process. They are seeking a Head of Product to define product vision, build and scale the AI coding tool, and work hand-in-hand with the founding team and engineers. The role offers a chance to build something impactful and scale the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product leadership experience with proven end-to-end ownership
• Track record of building and scaling products
• Technical grounding — ideally you’ve coded (Python, Java, or experience with AI/ML projects)
• Startup/entrepreneurial DNA
• Comfortable in ambiguity, decisive in action, and clear in communication
