Client Service Associate - Commercial Insurance

The Client Service Associate will provide excellent service and deliverables to external and internal clients, supporting the commercial service team. This role includes administrative support, client documentation preparation, and coordination of client submissions. The position requires proficiency in insurance processes and a legal authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college level course work preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Basic analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
