Associate Underwriter

The Associate Underwriter will evaluate insurance risk to support pricing and profitability goals. This role involves underwriting, quoting, rating, and policy completion, while assisting with projects and building relationships with agents and clients. The position focuses on managing a book of business with potential for cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of insurance underwriting experience
• Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
• Flexibility and creativity for developing customized solutions
• Exceptional relationship development and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
