Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing carts and range balls for guests, maintaining grounds, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain grounds of players’ entrance, staging area, driving range, and cart barn entrance
- Deliver carts from the cart barn to the daily staging area
- Check out and in push carts from customers
- Perform periodic cart visual checks
- Coordinate with Pro Shop to maintain a consistent level of cart & key availability
- Basic understanding of golf course layout and rules of golf
- Communicate district policies, promotions, and programs to guests
- Work with Pro Shop Managers in set up and execution of tournaments and outings
- Report guest complaints promptly to the manager on duty
- Manage pace of play and marshalling across the golf courses
- Help with Junior Golf and other golf related programs
- Pick the driving range
