Job Description
The TLC Navigator will provide counseling and outreach related to HIV infection and testing, develop risk reduction plans, and track clients. The role involves pre/post-test counseling, HIV testing, and maintaining accurate client records. The company is committed to the Hyacinth philosophy.
Requirements
- Successful and demonstrated completion of Alere and INSTI trainings
- Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in HIV/AIDS, education or related field
- Knowledge of HIV prevention in diverse communities
- Access to a vehicle and driver's license
- Training as an HIV antibody test counselor
- Training and experience in a helping field (psychology, social work, counseling)
