As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will generate qualified leads, qualify inbound prospects, book meetings, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The role is independent, remote and ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Business Proficiency in German with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- 1–2 years of prior sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
- Comfortable conducting high outbound call volumes (80-100+).
- Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Resilient, target-driven, and highly motivated to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
