Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to manage high volume outreach (100+ calls per day)
• Experience using CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and coachable
