The Business Development Representative role focuses on generating qualified leads and building relationships with decision-makers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role in SaaS/Tech/MarTech industries
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes daily
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
