Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Japanese & English)

Huzzle is a B2B sales platform connecting B2B sales professionals with leading companies. They offer in-house sales placements directly with clients, allowing candidates to develop in a remote, collaborative environment. The role involves outbound calling and lead generation in both English and Japanese.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
• Business proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to conduct effective outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
