- Minimum education level 12th year or equivalent
- Training in electromechanics or electricity
- Knowledge of industrial electricity
- Knowledge of the operation of electrical equipment and installations
- Knowledge of installation techniques and electrical tests
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene and health standards at work
- Computer skills as a user (office)
- Knowledge of basic programming (PLC) (pref.)
- Knowledge of English (pref.)
- Ability to solve problems
