Job Description
Apex is a growing agency focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), aimed at boosting client sales without increasing ad budgets. The CRO Expert is responsible for enhancing the performance of our clients' websites by implementing data-driven strategies that maximize their conversion rates.
Requirements
- Developing and implementing tailored, data-driven backend CRO strategies for our agency's clients to enhance their website performance and maximize conversion rates
- Performing thorough brand audits of clients' websites to identify areas for improvement
- Conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior using analytical CRO tools, user feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Designing, executing, and managing A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of the CRO changes implemented
