Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead high quality residential HVAC installs with precision, communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates, and take pride in training the next generation while maintaining safety, code compliance, and a clean, organized work style.
Requirements
- 2+ years leading residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, gas furnaces, condensers, air handlers)
- EPA certified
- Mastery of brazing/press, evacuation and micron targets, leak detection, and best-practice condensate management
- Professional customer communication and a clean, organized work style
- Valid driver’s license
