Hunt St is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses, generating interest and booking discovery/demo calls for the founder. This is a contractor position with no outsourcing; flexible working hours are accommodated for client collaboration. The role focuses on high-volume, local service businesses using Google reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of pure outbound sales experience
• Demonstrated results with measurable KPIs (2+ calls/day, 40+ meetings, etc.)
• Experience with SMB-focused sales in Western markets
• Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, VoIP, productivity apps)
• Strong track record in cold calling and prospecting
• Energetic, resilient, and confident on the phone
• Coachable and eager to learn new skills
