Job Description
Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join our team. The Preconstruction Manager is a full time position with opportunities to effectively create, manage, collaborate, and execute quality electrical projects while planning, identifying, and pursuing new prospects and lead to expand market opportunities.
Requirements
- Preparation of project bids, gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Provide support to preconstruction and engineering
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with project architects/customer
- Monitor design scope for changes affecting budget and/or schedule
- Support the prequalification process and bidding process
- Assist with the coordination and management of customer data in the Company CRM System
- Manage other Estimators and work with Project Managers on bids, proposals and client interactions
