- Experience with hand and power tools, groundskeeping equipment, and general maintenance supplies
- Capable of performing a variety of tasks including physical labor, equipment use, and maintenance support
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and cleanliness
- Willing to engage in diverse duties to support workflow and meet quality requirements
