Job Description
Humboldt Park Health is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Pharmacy to lead all pharmacy operations, medication management, clinical pharmacy services, and regulatory compliance across the hospital.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in a hospital or health system
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Active Illinois Pharmacist license required
- Proven experience in hospital pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy services, formulary management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
