Staff Software Engineer (AI/ML Platform)

Humata Health Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate Staff Software Engineer to join our innovative team, with a focus on our AI/ML Platform and MLOps infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or building data-intensive platforms
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices
• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling complex systems using microservices, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML services
• Proven ability to lead technical projects independently from conception through deployment
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
