- Educating clients on the science behind ergonomics
- Establishing new business and growing existing accounts
- Maintaining sales activity levels
- Achieving revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals
- Developing business plans with management
- Setting up product tests or demo's for end-users
- Facilitating presentations for prospective clients
- Completing sales activity and opportunity reports
- Serving as a liaison between customer service and the customer
- Facilitating dealer training sessions on ergonomics and Humanscale products
- Leading strategic business and forecasting discussions with dealer principles
- Establishing relationships with Architect and Design Firms
- Maintaining a strong understanding of all Humanscale's products and consulting services
