Commis aux comptes payables - Achats médias

Collective Humanise is seeking a Payable Accountant for media purchases to support their growth and respond to the growing needs of the Humanise collective. The role involves processing, tracking, and reconciling media expenses incurred from suppliers, ensuring accuracy of financial and operational data in accounting systems and in Mediaocean, and collaborating closely with media, operations, and finance teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or billing
• Experience in the media industry, agencies, advertising, or marketing is a plus
• Practical knowledge of media purchase workflows: TV, radio, outdoor, digital, programmatic, etc. is a plus
• Degree in accounting, finance, administration, or related field
• Mastery of Mediaocean (Prisma / Spectra / Aura) – a major plus
• Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Acomba, QuickBooks)
• Excellent Excel skills (e.g. dynamic pivot tables)
• Basic understanding of the accounting cycle and supplier processing
