Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Advanced English (Mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with forklifts (desirable)
• Deep knowledge of retail operations and sales team management.
• Experience and handling of industrial purchase, sales, and exchange topics.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
• Strong analytical skills to make decisions based on data.
• Customer-oriented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to fast-paced changes.
