Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Claims Research & Resolution Representative 3 manages claims operations that involve customer contact, investigation, and settlement of claims and appeals for and against the organization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of claims and/or appeal experience
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Understand and apply compliance requirements and guidelines
