Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a Medicare Sales Field Agent, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director to deliver, differentiate, and grow through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (optional)
- Prior experience selling Medicare products (optional)
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups (optional)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (optional)
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (optional)
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages (optional)
