We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide AI use cases and platforms. Our goal is to create safe AI solutions that will revolutionize and improve healthcare experience and outcomes for our customers.
Requirements
- Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders, and facilitate alignment
- Oversee and manage the AI product lifecycle, from design conception to testing to delivery
- Define and execute the technical product roadmap
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, product owner and business to translate business strategy into technical requirements and backlog for the AI solution
- Develop detailed program plans, milestones and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams
- Support testing (UAT)
- Support pilot and launch planning, as well as identification and tracking of metrics
- Monitor program health metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Ensure that the final product is of high quality, impactful and meets business strategy
- Create and deliver leader communications, including status reports, business reviews and strategic recommendations
