Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business systems analysis within a large, complex technical environment
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role overseeing diverse technical platforms and large-scale system implementations
- Experience with Agile product development tools and methodologies
- Direct experience in healthcare technology and provider operations
- Proven track record in technical product selection, design, and practical implementation of IT solutions
- Curiosity of continually looking for improvements and innovative solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing production environments and driving operational excellence
- Experience coaching, delegating, and building teams and talent
- Results-oriented with the ability to deliver IT solutions on time and on budget
