U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Utilities Operator to join our Facilities Maintenance team, responsible for monitoring and operating utility systems, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working as a Utilities Operator or in a similar role
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of utility systems
- Proficiency in operating various utility system control panels, BMS, and monitoring tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to utility system operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, and external service providers
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging conditions, confined spaces, climb ladders, stairways, and work on building rooftops
- Operation of a Fork Truck
