Job Description
We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to develop and optimize AI agents designed to test and monitor conversational systems. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex challenges and has hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an AI Engineer (internship or professional), with proven spikes of excellence.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Background in AI evaluation methods, benchmarking frameworks, or observability tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field from a top-tier university (or equivalent academic excellence).
