HCRC is a consulting firm specializing in resource management for federal organizations. They are seeking a Military Event Planner with an active Top Secret Security Clearance in the Washington DC area. The role involves coordinating and facilitating in-person or virtual events, managing logistics, and promoting participation.

Requirements

• Participate in the planning and implementation of forums, workshops, seminars, roundtables, data exchanges, symposiums, and /or conferences (herein 'events') as directed.
• Coordinate all aspects of events in accordance with customer specifications.
• Develop event information papers, handouts, materials, advertisement, and after-event summaries.
• Identify, in conjunction with DoD oversight and input, key speakers/panelists for events.
• Draft, coordinate, and send invitations (hardcopy and/or digital depending on event).
