Job Description
Huge is seeking a highly motivated and high-performing Senior Experience Strategist to join our largest global business portfolio. The ideal candidate is an experienced product strategist whose primary framework is design thinking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in Experience Strategy, UX Strategy, Service Design, or Product Strategy
- Expert-level familiarity with Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design frameworks
- Proven ability to thrive in highly iterative, non-waterfall environments
- Strong creative collaboration skills with UX/Product Designers
- Exceptional ability to create clear, compelling, client-facing decks
- Solid experience with qualitative UX research and competitive experience audits
- High depth of understanding of Google products and fluency in behaviors shaping the future of search experience, AI, and commerce
