Job Description
Huge is seeking an Associate Director of Content Strategy to lead complex initiatives transforming content for business goals. This is a strategic role focused on AI integration, architectural design, and influencing the content ecosystem. The role involves defining content vision, building systems, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. It's not a copy-editing position but about strategic content storytelling and technical integration.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading content strategy, digital strategy, or a related field
- Deep expertise in content architecture, metadata strategy, IA, and CMS/content delivery platforms
- Experience designing and operationalizing large-scale content systems
- Experience with AI-driven content applications
- Fluency in deterministic vs. generative AI
- Strong analytical and client communication skills
