Office Manager

Hudson River Trading is seeking an Office Manager to join our Employee Experience team in our Chicago office. This role requires you to work in person in our office five days a week. The ideal candidate will be a culture carrier for HRT’s Chicago office, fostering teamwork, curiosity, and community while managing administrative tasks swiftly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. hospitality or executive assistant)
• Experience working in G-Suite and MacOS
• Prior experience in project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills (automations, messaging platforms, project management apps)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment
• Ability to occasionally move, lift, or carry 40lbs
