Painting Manager (Oil & Gas Projects) - Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Painting Manager to join our client’s team for upcoming Oil & Gas fabrication and construction projects. The role demands strong expertise in painting/coating works for large-scale industrial projects, particularly in refineries, petrochemicals, and fertilizer plants.

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 18–20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong background in refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizer projects
• Shutdowns & Turnarounds
• Fabrication & Erection of Storage Tanks, Piping, and Structural Steel
• Proven experience in painting/coating works (surface preparation, blasting, protective coatings, QA/QC checks)
• Familiarity with international painting standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO, ASTM)
• Experience working with EPC/contracting companies in the Oil & Gas sector
