Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking a Mammography Technologist Lead I to perform mammography screenings, patient interaction, and maintain high standards of quality within their organization. The role requires a commitment to patient care, leadership, and adherence to clinical guidelines. They will ensure mammography procedures are followed and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Initial Mammography Training Program completion
- ARRT Mammography Certification (Current or 40 hours training within 12 months)
- Demonstrated computer skills (required for lead duties)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and mammography principles
