Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
• 2+ years of experience using data look-up and data entry on a mainframe/PC system
• 2+ years of customer service experience (telephone or in-person)
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in English, and proficiency in other languages may be required
