The Community Management Executive will be responsible for nurturing and growing our community across various social media platforms, digital channels, and offline touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
- Passion for beauty and strong knowledge of industry trends and consumer behaviors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and brand-appropriate tone.
- Ability to analyze data and translate community insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with influencer marketing and brand advocacy programs is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
