Job Description
Huckleberry is hiring a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead the growth marketing strategy and drive efficient and scalable growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a minimum of 4+ years in a senior leadership role. They will be responsible for defining and optimizing the entire customer journey, driving LTV:CAC, and leading a team of directors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Growth or Performance Marketing in the consumer subscription industry
- Minimum of 4+ years in a senior leadership role successfully managing Director-level reports
- Expert-level proficiency in leveraging data, analytics, and business intelligence tools
- In-depth understanding of creative strategy as it relates to performance marketing
