We are a 100-employee scale company looking for a Growth Specialist (Direct Sales) to support our mission to help millions of organizations grow. We offer a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Japan. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, generating new leads, and upselling/cross-selling existing customers. You will also be expected to be an expert evangelist for HubSpot's inbound philosophy and solutions, and collaborate with internal departments to drive sales strategy.
