SAP Systems Lead Analyst, Production Planning

Hubbell is seeking a Lead SAP Systems Analyst – Production Planning to design, develop, and implement efficient business systems, ensure deployment of manufacturing solutions, and collaborate with IT and global teams. This role focuses on data analysis, system requirements, solution design, training, and ensuring Hubbell’s SAP investments align with corporate standards. Strong communication and analytical skills are key to maximizing the value of Hubbell’s investments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementations
• Experience with MRP, ATP, BOM/Route development, Serial Number tracking, rep manufacturing, and batch management
• Experience in MES and PLM systems
• Proven expertise in SAP Fiori applications
• Full command of ITIL, ITSM, ERP SDLC, SAP MRP, PP, Subcontracting, and Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
• Self-driven and proactive in acquiring new knowledge and driving initiatives
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Effective conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
