Materials Handler #1

The Material Handler #1 is responsible for operating forklifts, maintaining inventory, and performing safety checks to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.

Requirements

• Read and understand production orders, blue prints and routings to group materials for production
• Operate the stand-up and sit-down forklifts, electric hoists and other power equipment safely
• Perform safety checks, including battery, brakes, lift controls, etc.
• Disburse parts to all designated areas and collect parts for orders and assembly requirements
• Maintain safe operating practices at all times
