Continuous Improvement Manager job at Hubbell Incorporated in Leeds, AL. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations / Manufacturing, or related field
• Min. of seven years of experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement within manufacturing environments
• Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green minimum; Black Belt preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong team skills to communicate and influence all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong influential and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, Planner, etc.
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to train staff at all levels
