Assembler II - 2nd shift

The Assembler II position involves assembling components, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include adhering to all safety procedures, wearing required PPE, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires interpreting blueprints and schematics, assembling parts and products, and participating in autonomous maintenance and 5S workplace organization.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 35 lbs
• Demonstrated positive attitude and initiative to improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively with attention to details
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
