Job Description
Hub Pen Company is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate to join their dynamic, fast-growing team. This role involves processing credit card and check payments, maintaining data accuracy, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Process credit card and check payments with speed and accuracy
- Maintain full compliance with state and federal resale tax regulations
- Update and maintain accurate customer files in the system
- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments for credit card customers
- Perform account reconciliations
- Research and resolve customer queries
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Perform other tasks as directed by Management
