Insurance Learning & Development Trainer

HUB International is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will be responsible for participating in the design and delivery of effective learning solutions for our team members. You will manage and improve upon existing training solutions, leveraging best practices and enhance the insurance knowledge base of our staff.

Requirements

• Three to five years' experience in an insurance brokerage environment in a servicing capacity
• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Overall proficiency with software systems, high level of computer literacy
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new software/systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State insurance license
