Insurance Associate (Future Opportunities)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines)
• Level 1 General Insurance License (required)
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, client-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort with sales-oriented activities such as upselling, presenting coverage options, or supporting renewal discussions
• Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Industry designations (CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc.) are an asset
