Product Solutions Engineer

This role focuses on maintaining communication and collaboration within products and solutions teams with Sales, Service, and Marketing. The Product Solutions Engineer will develop and present new products, engage with customers, support technical issues, and build relationships with Huawei customers. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of both Turkish and English.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (university of applied science) or similar
• 3-4 years of experience in renewable energy, digital power products, profound knowledge in solar inverters and hands-on experience with designing and commissioning
• Effectively using PVSyst, AutoCAD, MS Office, and presentation tools
• Excellent presentation skills in Turkish and English languages
• Experience managing multiple tasks and staying focused
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high-paced environment
• Driving license, willing to travel within Türkiye
