Network Engineer

The Network Engineer will handle customer tickets, prepare solutions, resolve technical issues, operate routine maintenance, and provide ongoing support. The role involves both on-site and occasional on-call work in Istanbul, with a focus on network troubleshooting, upgrades, and customer training. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related field
• Advanced level of English
• 4+ years experience in telecom industry, especially in Access or Datacom Networks
• In-depth working knowledge of IP (LAN/WAN network configuration & troubleshooting)
• In-depth understanding and troubleshooting of network alerts
• Good problem solving, learning and reporting skills
• Good at all kinds of report making and presentation
• Good ability to diagnose network issues
