We are a leading international digital staffing firm looking for a New Business Developer to strengthen our commercial presence in Belgium. You will be responsible for developing the Belgian market and generating growth through the opening of new strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pure prospecting (100% hunting)
- Knowledge of staffing, HR Tech, or B2B services
- Fluency in French and Dutch
- Energy, resilience, and a strong sense of the field
- Autonomy, structure, and results orientation
